Enlarge photos and illustrations with AI super resolution. Choose 2× for twice the width and height, or 4× for two successive rounds of enhancement.
Large images are processed in overlapping sections at their original size. Compare before and after, inspect actual pixels, and download a PNG. Your image is not uploaded to a server.

2× doubles the width and height. 4× runs the 2× model twice, so it uses more time and memory and may make some details look artificial. Start with 2× and compare the result.
No. A super-resolution model processes the image to reconstruct detail. Large images use overlapping sections rather than silently reducing the source resolution. The result may still contain invented details and cannot recover information that was never captured.
Yes. Photos and illustrations use the same enhancement model. Transparency is retained in the PNG; very thin lines, text and semi-transparent edges should be checked at actual pixel size.
There is no fixed file-size limit. The usable size depends on your browser’s canvas capacity and available memory. The tool keeps the requested dimensions or reports an error; it does not silently shrink the image. Use 2× or a smaller source if the browser runs out of memory.
The first use downloads the required resources, which the browser can cache for later use. Enhancement runs on your device and larger images need more time; 4× requires substantially more processing than 2×.
