Video watermarks are useful for drafts, previews, tutorials, client review files, demo reels, course videos, and social clips. A watermark can show ownership, branding, copyright, confidentiality, or approval status.
This tool creates a transparent watermark from text or uses your uploaded logo, overlays it on the video, and exports an MP4 file without uploading your video.
Choose text for a quick label or upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP logo. Set a corner or center position, scale the watermark as a percentage of the video width, and lower opacity when the mark should remain visible without covering important content.
Adding a watermark requires the video to be encoded again as MP4, so processing time depends on duration, resolution, and device performance. A transparent PNG usually gives the cleanest logo result. Test a short sample when exact placement matters, especially for vertical video or content with captions near the edges.
A visible watermark can discourage casual reuse but is not digital rights management and can sometimes be cropped or covered.
