Video Cropper

Crop the visible video frame and export MP4 locally.

Crop video when you need to remove borders, reframe a screen recording, turn landscape footage into a vertical clip, create square social content, or focus attention on one part of the frame.

Set the crop rectangle with x, y, width, and height pixels, or start from a centered preset such as square, 16:9, 9:16, or 4:3. The result is encoded as MP4 for broad playback compatibility.

Crop coordinates and presets

The x and y values move the crop rectangle from the top-left corner of the source. Width and height control the retained area. After loading a video, its pixel dimensions are shown so you can keep the rectangle inside the frame. Centered presets calculate a valid crop automatically.

Video quality and processing

Cropping requires the video stream to be encoded again. Higher quality keeps more detail but usually produces a larger file, while the smaller-file option uses stronger compression. Audio is retained in the MP4 output. Processing runs locally and may take longer for high-resolution or long videos.
