Set semitones for musical transposition and cents for fine tuning. Positive values raise the pitch; negative values lower it while keeping playback speed close to the original.
Twelve semitones equal one octave, and 100 cents equal one semitone. Use whole semitones to transpose a song or voice into another key, then use cents for small tuning corrections. The combined range supports shifts up to two octaves in either direction.
The output is newly encoded in the selected format and quality. Extreme shifts can introduce metallic tones, blurred transients, or less natural speech, so preview the processed file before downloading it. Longer or lossless source files require more browser memory and processing time.
