PDF Form Filler

PDF Form Filler opens fillable PDF forms directly in your browser. Existing text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists, and option lists appear over the original page so applications, tax worksheets, registration forms, questionnaires, waivers, invoices, and internal documents can be completed without uploading them.

Many PDFs look like forms but do not contain interactive fields. For those documents, add your own text, checkmarks, dates, and visual signatures anywhere on the page. Added items can be selected, edited, resized, recolored, moved, or deleted before the filled PDF is downloaded.

Typed and drawn signatures are visible marks and are not certificate-based digital signatures. The optional flatten setting turns supported built-in form fields into regular page content, which can help prevent accidental edits after completion. Keep fields unflattened when the recipient still needs to edit them.

PDF rendering, form editing, signature preparation, and export all happen locally on your device. The source PDF and entered information are not uploaded to formatter.org. Password-protected or permission-restricted PDFs may need to be unlocked by their owner before they can be edited.
