Combine photos, graphics, and screenshots into one image.

Merge Images combines multiple pictures into one continuous image. Arrange JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, BMP, GIF, HEIC, or HEIF files in the order you want, then join them as a vertical stack, horizontal strip, or grid. It works well as a screenshot stitcher, photo collage maker, before-and-after image builder, and simple product comparison tool.

Vertical layout is useful for long screenshots, chat captures, web page sections, receipts, tutorials, and step-by-step instructions. Horizontal layout works well for panoramas, side-by-side comparisons, sprite references, and progress photos. Grid layout can combine thumbnails, contact sheets, mood boards, listings, and social media images.

Keep original sizes when every image should retain its exact pixel dimensions. Match the first or largest image to align mixed-size screenshots and photos while preserving each image's aspect ratio. You can also control the gap, outer padding, alignment, background color, transparency, output scale, image format, and compression quality.

All image decoding, layout, preview, and export work happens locally in your browser. Files are not uploaded to formatter.org. For very large screenshot sets, choose a smaller output scale to reduce memory use and keep the final canvas within browser limits.
