Reverse Audio

Reverse an entire audio file so it plays from the end back to the beginning.

Play audio backwards for sound design, music experiments, transition effects, puzzles, language exercises, and creative edits. The complete track is reversed, including every channel.

Reversing changes sample order rather than only changing metadata, so the output is a newly encoded audio file. Choose the original format or export a broadly supported MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG, or Opus file.

Long recordings need more browser memory because the reverse filter must read the full audio stream before it can write the beginning of the result.
