Flattening converts the current appearance of standard AcroForm fields into regular PDF page content. Text entries, checkboxes, radio buttons, and other supported field values remain visible but can no longer be edited as form controls.
The pages are not converted into images, so ordinary PDF text and vector graphics remain intact. This focused tool does not flatten annotations, optional content layers, or XFA forms, and it does not support password-protected PDFs.

No. This tool flattens AcroForm fields only. Existing text, vectors, and images on the page keep their original PDF representation.
Standard AcroForm fields are supported. Dynamic XFA forms, annotations, layers, and password-protected PDFs are outside this tool’s scope.
Some PDFs only look like forms because blank lines and boxes are part of the page design. They do not contain interactive AcroForm fields to flatten.
Not as form controls. Keep the original PDF if you may need to change its fields later, and use the flattened copy for sharing or archiving.
