Yes. Edit, add or remove cut times and preview the picture on either side. A lower detection threshold finds more changes. Minimum clip length merges nearby automatic detections; manual edits remain under your control.
Cuts are made at the chosen frame boundaries and exported as MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio. This re-encodes the picture and every audio track, so size and quality can change. Subtitles, attachments, extra video tracks and chapters are not included. An unsupported audio track causes an error rather than being silently removed.
Files are processed in your browser. Processing tools load when needed. Cancelling keeps clips that have already finished; export again to process the remaining clips. Large or complex files can exceed your device resources, and some codecs cannot be decoded here.
