It seems that after the systemstartup of cron it reads the crontab-files in memory only once. After that moment cron wont^([sic]) reread a modificated crontab-file for normal users (it does for the crontab-file of root!). Everytime^([sic]) a normal user modificates his crontab-file (with crontab -e) , the FIFO get's^([sic]) the correct timestamp of change (this should be the trigger for cron to reread all the crontab-files, but it doesn't except for the root crontab-file).
The closest thing to it would be your "viral snippet" either covalently modificating the protein, i.e. chopping it up, which has not been detected, or allosterically modificating its shape which is possible an^([sic]) plausible.
I've used POBS to ofuscate^([sic]) code but i've seen that isn't enough, and then i belive^([sic]) that i should modificate source code php-cgi and after php makes fopen() and before read() put my encrypt function . What's^([sic]) files i should modificate?, i've suppose i should modificate the file main.c and php_ini.c but i'm not sure .
