Convert AVIF images to PNG for an app or upload form that accepts PNG. PNG is selected by default, and you can convert several files locally in your browser.
PNG stores the decoded image without additional lossy compression. It cannot recover detail already lost when the AVIF was created, and the PNG file may be substantially larger than the source.
Leave both dimension fields blank to keep the decoded image dimensions, or enter one dimension to scale proportionally. The converter exports a static image; it does not preserve an AVIF animation, HDR information, or all source metadata.
